| On Friday, March 30, Shawn Belobraidic, a student at Bonner School, won the Montana State Geography Bee in Billings, Montana, earning the right to represent Montana at the National Geography Bee in Washington, DC on May 23. Shawn and his parents will fly to DC on May 21. Shawn will compete with 54 other winners from across the country to decide the National Geography Bee champion. The finals will be broadcast on the National Geographic Channel. The finals take place on May 23. When we find out the broadcast date, we will pass it on. |
